We deploy this service when we receive contingency mandates for Proven and Emerging talent from our clients. Unlike retained executive search assignments these are non-exclusive, success fee based mandates. The process adopted by us in this case is similar to the executive search but is not as extensive and elaborate. We have various domain specializing teams that get cracking on these assignments and use our proprietary database and commercially available databases to reach the right candidate. Most of our success in this type has come from mature and proven talent.
